GreenAds Global Technologies offers a 14-day free trial for new users, allowing them to explore the features of the Basic Plan and a 14-day free trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on). As no credit card is required to begin the trial, users will not be charged during this period.
Subscription Services
Once the free trial ends, if a user subscribes to any paid service from GreenAds Global Technologies, they will no longer be eligible for a refund. The free trial is designed to help users evaluate the platform and decide whether they want to continue with GreenAds Global Technologies. If the user is dissatisfied, they can cancel their free trial at any time without being charged. If they choose to subscribe to a GreenAds Global Technologies’s plan, no refunds will be provided. However, they can cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
Non-Refundable Services
All GreenAds Global Technologies services, including charges for a GreenAds Global Technologies’s plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the associated costs GreenAds Global Technologies incurs to provide these services. This includes one-time payments for Chatbot development and other setup services.
Technical Issues
In the event that a user faces persistent technical problems that prevent effective use of the service, and these issues are confirmed by GreenAds Global Technologies’s support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at GreenAds Global Technologies’s discretion.
Unauthorized Charges
If a user notices unauthorized or fraudulent charges, they should contact GreenAds Global Technologies support immediately. Upon verification of such claims, GreenAds Global Technologieswill issue a full refund.
Refund Process

with the transaction details and a clear explanation for their refund request. Once our company approves the refund, it will be credited to your payment account within 14–21 days.
